The second step in the three-stage Soft99 polishing system is a water-based paste with medium aggressiveness suitable for use with rotary or dual-action polishers. This product helps to eliminate any residual imperfections following the first stage and prepares the paintwork for the finishing polish. Application instructions require an appropriate amount of paste to be applied to a pad or polishing sponge and working on small panels via adjusting the machine speed. Paint temperatures should be monitored to avoid overheating, and the Silicone Off product should be used to remove paste residue to gauge the effect of the polishing process.
